Have 1950 8N, need radiator and complete engine overhaul kit. Where is the best place to buy at, both for quality and price ?? Anything I need to be aware of or beware of ?? Any great part sites ?? My first restoration project. Thanks SAM

The first thing you should do is get an engine rebuild video, it will give you an idea of what your getting into ( aint easy for a newbee ) A Ford tractor repair manual is a must, good luck, these old engines have been boared, sleeved, udersized, oversized, cranks ground , heads shaved, no way of telling untill its torn down , you cant order a rebuild kit untill you know what you got, New radiator made in China $ 130 poor quality wont fit right .

I will be listing one of those good old Ford 8N Original ones soon. Only 52 years old with more life left in it then a New China Made one! They still fit too! Funny how the original one are still better then the new ones! I don't think they make one now days that will ever come close to lasting as long as the old ones do! Even has a shroud on it. The china made ones forgot about that part being needed. Mark H.
