I want to re-wire a 6-volt 9n/2n.Would like to know what gauge wire to use? Is it all the same? Thanks

i vote for the new harness too. if you ever add anything, go 10 ga min for lites, etc. it will perform better. don't be afraid to use fuses either. Jim Cox

If you aren't going to get a new harness, at least stop by a tractor supply co, and look a tthe harness they sell... will give you idea of the wire sizes you will need.

Unless you have lots of wire on hand.. it will only be a little more expensive to buy the wiring harness than buying the wire and the connectors.

( I built my own, but then I'm in engineering, and I have more junk er.. stuff and parts laying around than my wife is comfterable with. )
