Hi, Everybody! ("Hi,Dr. Nick"...)

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the off-topic posts on this board! I originally started coming here for info on old tractors, of course. But now that my noggan has been filled to capacity with all the tractor info I'll need for a while, I have grown a little (Gasp!) bored with the idea of just talking tractors. (Now, now...it's not that bad....really) But, never-the-less, I do continue to visit this fine forum, as I have learned that there are lots of good folks here.....who post many interesting things. So please, keep the OT posts coming!! Many in this group are a rare breed.....the type of people who are hard to find nowadays! And many of you post about interesting and informative things- So, until the day that my Fergie decides not to start, I'll keep coming here for the OT's!

I disagree. This OT is getting way out of hand. Some days this board looks like a personal chat room for some guys. I say keep to tractors and take the other to the appropriate site. A lot of this would fit nicely in Kountry Life, Classic Trucks, Garden Tractors etc. Kim has graciously provided all of those and more for the OT posters. Come on guys use the appropriate forum. Ok. I am off the soap box, go ahead and flame me.

Well, I'm definitely not a flamer....so I'll leave the flaming to someone else!

I can understand your position- and I like your idea. It's the perfect solution- we can all keep in touch that way....and yet leave the N board open for tractor N-queries.

How about it guys? Kountry Life?

Mr. Magoo, thanks for your kind reply. It was most gracious of you. I will take off my asbestos lined longjohns. I come here for information about Ford tractors and to be entertained too, but some of this way OT and seems to be just an inside group that is in on what is going on. Thanks again for understanding.

I tend to agree with you Rich. It's kind of rare to find a group with relativly the same values and still this diverse. I have learned a lot about the tractors but find myself checking the "off Topics" just to see whats going on in others worlds. And I appreciate Kims patience in certain areas. The tractor topics will pick up steam in the early spring I'm sure. Rob.
