I want to say thanks to all of you who have provided so much valuable info to this board.
Without posting to much- I have found all the info I needed to procede with the conversion of my Paulson Loader to a more useful tool.
I'm adding the Vickers Vane pump to the pulley and 16" stroke, dual acting cylinders to the bucket.
So far I've managed the pump and spooling levers.
The cylinders have not arrived yet.

Here's some photos-

Not having a complete shop for this kind of work makes it tough, but doing the best I can.

I want one! Just about exactly what I've been trying to cobble up. Dang that grille! Send details PLEASE!

1) Pump data and/or model number and source
2) Hydraulic resevoir.
3) Drive shaft design. Since you're mounted to the bumber support I assume you are a direct drive - no flexplate or similar coupling. Crankshaft pulley mods, cross pins, splines, pillow blocks, etc? Wouldn't a front pto be nice?
They make through shaft pumps you know....

It looks like the loader is bolted to the bottom of the axle support as well. If you could post some pictures of that area I'd be very grateful.

So it looks like the conventional grill will not be an option. Will you make an alternative to provide some protection for the radiator?

The plan is to "alter" the existing grill to fit around the pump.
Also, the Paulson Loader cross beam that holds the existing spring mechanism for the gravity dump feature must be removed because of interferance
