You can pick up a simple form at the post office to file mail fraud charges against them. I bought a mower starter from a business in Viginia and never got it or the money. I tried calling the local town law and you know your getting the run around if they tell you to file a small claims. The law also said so and so's not here or we'll call you back. Never heard from them. You can see why some of this goes on because nobody does anything. Ebay could wipe out the no pays by using the credit card to charge them.

Punchie,

You might want to share all the information you have directly with Kim if this guy is operating on the YT website.

You should also check with the police department having jurisdiction in the area in which you live. Most larger departments have a computer crimes unit, and if the department does not have one, they would be able to tell you who to contact in the state police.

Good luck, and keep the board updated.

Mike

HI Mike

I tried to talk to Kim a least three times about this.

Thats is why I'm doing it this way, just not the time or just to much for her to do. Don't get me wrong I like this site ( web page ) and all that Kim does for it, but I've Had no luck with the route you directed me to.

We are trying to build a case, or straighten this all out with him (them).

Thanks!!

For your post!!

Punchie

Evidently this guy has been on the classifieds, yt and ebay auctions etc. selling and getting money but never sending the parts or wrong or short parts, changing names etc. Rumored to be in MO.
