I sold my 841 Elenco last night and a friend said it best: "congratulations and condolences."Oh the pain. It is a real low down feeling to lose this one but given the costs ahead of us with the home construction project it was unavoidable...and I have to try and focus that it was the right thing to do at this time for the family...hurt as it may. But given a fellow members employment change (below) this world of tractors is not as important as the plight of others in this world. (Hang in there Farmer Tim...we're pulling for you.) To make matters worse, right after it closed I get a call from a fella who told me that he messed up the bdding and trusted another person to place some bids last night. That person never did and to the fella's dispointment, watched and waited for his bid to show up and then the auction closed. Then, I get an e-mail from another fella that had called the house and e-mailed me several times over the past week and said the same thing. He messed up on the closing time. Oh man. Well, oh well...someone give me some assurance that I did the right thing. Right now I just plain don't want to think about it. 9N'er (Tom)
