Posted this on the Ford Forum and have not found the response that I need. The metal ring around the amp or pressure guages that holds the glass in I believe is called a bezel. Can these be had in somaftermarket supplier? How can they be put on without damaging it? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

RICK/GA

A good speedometer repair shop should have the tools to reroll a new bezel. They might have the bezels too.

Rick..... ...the cost of new tractor gauges is cheap. And probably cheaper than any replacement bezel you could buy. And since you didn't explain why you want just a bezel (is the current bezel gold plated? rusty?)

If the gauge a rare and non-replaceable gauge, then you're gonna haffta find yerselfs a custom $$$ gauge outfitt in some fancypants exotic antique car catalog..... ..Dell

Just have some old Ford working guages (Amp, Oil Pressure and Fuel) that have a rusted bezel and like the idea of restoration with as much original equipment as possible. Haven't seen a replacement fuel guage that looks original. Any Help?

Thanks and hope you are enjoying retirement.
