I've got a 1950 8n that I would like to sell I payed 1500 for it two years ago. I've replaced all the sheet metal, converted to 12 volts, fixed all the leaks, replaced the hydro pump, had the lift cover rebuilt, replaced all the lights wireing switches, added electronic ignition, and painted replaced the exsaust radiator and belts hoses, plogs wires and so on. The prices that I see them listed for seem to vary so much I am having a hard time determining a price. I think I have about 4000 in it. I don't think its worth that much. I've been told that it looks better than anything they saw at the state fair and was asked if it was a show tractor. So it looks pretty good. Any ideas on how I should price it for sale Thanks for your help.

Rich,
$3500 would be about right around here.
Yes there is someone out there who will pay you more if you can find them.
Jim

Rich - I've got a 52 that I payed $1800 for and did as much to it, or more than you did and figure I've got over $5K in it now and I did most of my own work. I don't think I will ever sell my tractor, but if I did I surely wouldn't take less than I've got in it. There is a buyer for everything that is being sold at the price you're asking, all you got to do is find them. Good luck
