I have all of them and I like the IT best because it is the most modern. However I often consult others. Sometimes a picture or diagram in one makes all the difference.

I agree with the other guys about the CD, I got mine on ebay also. That is definitely the way to go. I have CD's that cover all of my tractors (I have a lot of green ones) and they are great. It's cheaper and handier. I made copies and have it on my computer at home and at work. I always load the whole thing on my hard drive so I don't have to use the CD everytime.

RJ,

I have purchased a CD Rom on Ebay that has several manuals on it including the F04 Manual. I own a 48 8N. All the manuals are PDF format and can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat don't worry because the CD Rom has the program on it so you can install it on your computer. You can print out the pages you need then throw them away when you are done. You can zoom in on exploded views of parts etc. The parts manual alone is worth it. It has exploded views with part numbers of every part on your tractor. Now you know where that thingy went! There are even plans to build a tractor jack to operate off the 3 point. You can lift the tractors wheels off the ground with it.

Good luck

Hec

Good luck!

when you get it, make a couple of copies (for your use only). A working copy in the shop or garage that gets greasy and dirty from use and one for work (shhh) as a reference. When the one in the shop becomes unreadable, make a new one. I'm on #4.
