i have a new frount mount dist,to go with new 9n engine(that wont run)but thats a different story. any way, here is what i need.the brass bushing in bottom of dist will work its self out a good 8th of an inch when trieng to start tractor.i know this isnt normal but how can i stop it from happening? it rubs on face of cam and i definetly dont need that dust mixeing with oil, if and when i do get the tractor running. any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.thanks in advance.if need more info just let me know and will try to explain it all.first time i have ever tried to do any of this so my posts only show what i have and once i get more experiance i can better explain what is happening. thanks

roger, Two ways to secure the bushing come to mind. Firs would be to use some form of adhesive such as Locktite. I use a Locktite product #660 that I would try only because I have it. Locktite has a web site with recomended use for its various products.
Second method that comes to mind is to carefully 'stake' the edges of the bushing mount with a small chisel. good luck.
