Rick,

I just changed my engine and tranny oil. It was about $25 for 5 gallons of tranny oil. This was the first time I had ever changed it. (I've had the tractor about 2 months.)

I noticed it was light brown in color and a little milky. The 2 larger plugs had 1/2" of sludge covering them.

Based on the way it looked, I'm glad I changed it.

I put in 80-90 GL-5 and the 3 pt hydraulics seem to be better. I have a 7' blade with some extra weight on it and it now takes about 45 minutes for it to "leak down".

Best Regards,,
Doug
