The rebuild saga continues- I just replaced the piston pin bushings in the connecting rod and noticed the obviously have to be reamed to size since the bore is around 0.901". Unfortunately, the required size (.913-.915) is not a standard reamer size. Is there a special Ford tool for this or does one just use an expanding, "G" size reamer and slowly work up to the correct size?

Take the rods to your friendly local automotive machine shop. They will be able to finish-hone them with a machine that uses an expanding hone with a constant flow of coolant to get a smooth finish. Normally is not very costly.
