Added MMO to my crankcase recently (1qt). Now when the engine warms up... my oil pressure drops from 30 to 10. I am using a multi-grade oil as well. However, It did not do this prior to adding the MMO. What's happening and might it be symptomatic of a problem??

I agree with Evil, but now that you have it cleaned out good I would suggest 40wt.HD. Since it has a low oil pressure the 40 wt may be better..jmho...R.M. In AL.

MMO thins out your oil - one of the reasons it is used to free sticky valves, etc. It is not meant to continue using in your crankcase because it will break down your oil.

10 lbs is enough oil pressure, but next oil change (sooner than later) should be straight 30 or better in warmer temps. I run 40 wt in mine.

Thanks a lot. Just making sure...
I've had the MMO in for about 5 hours so far. I will plan an oil change for next trip up to the rancho.

I have also heard that what you may be experiencing is that your cylinder walls and oil passages are now "clean" allowing more oil to flow/leak by than before. Could be symptomatic of a worn engine whereas blockages and carbon buildup previously gave you a false OP reading that was higher than what it should have been. This I have heard from other people and it made sense to me, so i thought i'd mention it. 10 psi is acceptable, but would indicate (to me) that a rebuild should be in th not-so-distant future.
