I have been trying really hard to stay neutral in this discussion, however I'm a bit confused, you say that this board is a capitalist tool, WELL DUHHHHH !! what did you expect, you want dealership answers, and powder puff attitudes, and you want it all for free! How many of you have ever walked into a tractor dealership and been able to question an experienced mechanic? What did it cost you? I've paid a mechanic $37.50 per call, (per half hour) which is 1/2 his hourly rate to talk to me on the phone. How many of you have offered a donation to this board for your "FREE" information?? If you think this board is a bad deal, why don't you open one of your own?????
I know that some of you will think that I am defending Kim, and that I'm a water boy for her, let me tell you, Kim has whacked me upside the head a time or two before, and this one will be another deserved whack. You want all the info, you don't want any cost, and you want it all delivered in a congenial, fashion! Then you claim that this is an elitist site! I have asked 3 of you for the address of the N intranet, and have gotten no response! I stay here because the information is good, the board is monitored, and the mission statement is adhered to! I miss some of the old posters that used to post here, that's why I requested the address of the other site. You may feel that you are treated poorly here, however everytime your N breaks down, you come runnning here for help.
Respectfully Ron

maybe there is no sniping or arguing at N Intranet for fear of having one's invitation revoked?? anywho; i like both boards, although for a computer "dope" like me this page is easier to navigate.

Bob, you are 100% right. I still stop in here on occasion. Old habits die hard, but N Club is what this forum used to be: FUN and INFORMATIVE. Besides I might want to put a ladder rack on the wife's suburban someday.

Ya Know BG, your right, I probably would think pretty low of someone that went begging to be allowed into a site. No request was made by me because I never knew where to go, or how to ask. I never even knew it existed. Looking back, I guess your point is well made, there probably is a very good reason why I was never invited.
Point well taken.
Thanx
Ron
