Has anyone posted a picture from a Kodak Picture CD to this discussion forum?

I have tried without any success and I am really proud to show my latest restoration project.

If ya's done this before with a CD, can you help me out? At wits end...well, sort of (I'm just saying that to get some sympathy). 9N'er

If you have a regular Internet Provider, you can use your web space on their server to do this. You will need to get a FREE FTP(file transfer protocol) program from TUCOWS.com for transferring files to your webspace.

Example, I am JAWYSONG at QNET.COM so my webspace is>Link

Any>Link file I wish to post is in the following format:
Link

Don't forget the tilde ~ <---(that thang) in front of your username AND with my ISP, the first letter of the JPG file must be capitalized.

THe FTP program I use is a file manager. This one is freeware and I think it is called WS FTP. You can move files as well as delete them from your webspace. Simple enuff...

whew, I found it.

I spent about 1/2 hour at work assembling these instructions on how to post photos. Click on the link below and follow the instructions. When it comes to the part about an e-mail attachment, instead choose Kodak Photo CD.

Good Luck!

Somebody just posted a long how to on posting pictues. Not to long ago so you might catch on page 3. If its gone you can get past pages or the next page by changing the number in the Link address at the top to the next number. Im still to new to tell you how but you need to upload your pictures from your cd to the net to something like photopoint first.
