Hi Guys & Gals-
I checked the archives for this first and got no setup descriptions so here goes. Does anyone have a setup for railroad ties on their N for levelling ground? I'd like to see a few ideas before I try mine. Thanks.

I have used a drag and it worked great. I made it out of 4x4's. It's about 10' long and about 8'wide. I angled 4, 4"x4" & 4x6's with old grader blades bolted to them. (Obtained old blades from the County) The 3 front blades are angled in opposit dirctions, and the last is mounted straight across. Pull it with a cable. It cuts, moves the dirt around and levels like nothing else I've used. Great for food plots or leveling out your yard before seeding. Good luck and safe tractoring. Ron

Tim..... ....I'd chain 3 RR ties in parallel, about 2 tie widths apart (16"?) its nott too critical. Just need to be flexable. And then drag on end of 8-10' bridle chain scheme. Use heavy 3/8" chains..... ...Dell

I have a setup I call a drag and it is 3 straight round (about 8") poles 8' long bolted to a steel frame. the frame is a homebuilt sorta like a carryall frame so you have the top link for lifting it but I mostly use it without the top link so it floats over he ground. Levels things out pretty good.
