I ran across an add in our local for sale paper of this guy selling this tractor and mower. I would like to have turf tires on my 8N, but not if it made my tractor looked like this. Probably has to mow in 4th gear to get any gound speed with these small diameter tires! They look like they may have come off of a larger tractor with turf tires and front wheel assist. Philip.

Other than the tires, it's not a bad looking tractor.
What is he asking for it?

Carl

Does he push the cutting implement since it is
obvious he can't see over the hood (unless the driver is really tall)? Not a bad looking tractor
otherwise. He's going to take a pretty good hit on
the sale if he does't have the original type Wheels/Tires

Maybe it has only 5 psi. Or he could be using his hydraulics for the rear lift (shocks).(%^) DON TX

I didn't know these tractors were capable of any 'speed' :^) Just think of his launch torque 'coming out of the hole' bet he can run the quarter mile in low 8s (minutes)

have a great weekend

Didn't know you could use a finish mower as wheelie bars (real big grin).

I wonder if it's a kids tractor. You know how those teenagers like low-profile tires on there cars nowadays. Does it have 3" muffler on it too!

That is the ideal I suggested a long time ago if anybody had access to small tires and a tiller.
