Hey Guys!Went this past weekend to the Midwest Old Threshers Reunion in Hamilton, IL. They usually have a good turnout, and I like to watch the antique tractor pulls. This year, there were only a few Ns--'40 9N, '46 2N (painted like a Redbelly, but still well restored), and a '49 8N. There was also a Fordson (no year given) in kinda rough shape, but it did have the no-rollover fenders, something you don't always see on them. The real show-stopper, though, wasn't gray. A guy from Colchester (a small town near me) had a restored M-M UDLX ComforTractor like the one someone else posted a picture of a few weeks ago. I'd never seen one in person--just pictures in magazines. Man, how COOL!! It was set up to drive almost exactly like the cars of the day--clutch and brake pedals side by side, heater (might have been after-market), FULL gauges, shift in a good spot. The guy had it painted and decaled. I'd have liked to have heard it run, but the owner was nowhere around. Wish I had a digital camera, I'd have posted pictures! Ron
