I just put up a 36 X 48 workshop and also recently had the dish installed on the house. Please share your info on running the cable to your other building.

Might also want to consider Wireless Internet. I installed it last summer, the router is in the house, and the laptop can get internet access all the way out to the barn. I do not notice any speed difference, and I am on a cable modem. This is very handy, because I can check the perfomrance of my Martha Stewart stock price, while I wrench on my NAA. This is very important. Also, my wife can send me Instant Messages, telling me to stop playing with my tractor, and come back to the house.
