I saw a movie called Thuth or Consequenses New Mexico with Keiffer Sutherland on HBO. Near the end during the shoot out, a bad guy and his girl took cover behind an 8n. Could read ford on the hood and could see the side mounted dist. Thouht you guys who like that stuff would want to know.

On the movie, Roadhouse, with Patrick Swazee, there is a tractor in the scene where he was punching the bag in the barn. Just wondered if that was an N, I didn't get a good look but it looked the color of a 9N. Could have been a ferguson. anyone see that shot?

Though not a movie, I saw a ford in a book. The other day I picked up a book on Farmall history, to get some info about my 1966 cub. In one picture, they swhoed a large area.. probably 40 acers or so, with a rolling hill. In the extreme foreground, was the featured cub with a cultivator, doing some row-crop work.

In the top right hand corner of the picture was the unmistakable easily visible clamshell fenders of the ford, and a faint silouete of the 9n/2n/8n hood ( didn't appear to be a NAA.. as had no ridge.. etc ). Was pulling a plow.

Was neat to see a featured article about one tracor, with an old ford in the background doing the heavy work.
