Haven`t seen any answers to postings from Dell lately. Hope he is OK and all is well with him and maybe he`s just gone away for a few days. Norman

Its 9pm SAT nite and just got my computer reloaded, sumpten' happened to my hard-drive, it would load Windows98SE but could never get the "start" menu up. Kept getting "Kernel32" error message and then even the 3-finger salute wouldn't work. Fortunately (I think) I was runnin' a dual H/D with all my data files on 2nd disk.

Since my OS was on the BAD "C" drive, I could never run a disk diagnostic. I keep my virus checker on, and keep my data files backed up. It just takes time to really find out what happened. I installed a much larger C drive but had to argue with the OS that I really am allowed to reload MSWin98SE as OEM installation. D*amn, I miss DOS and DOSSHELL.

Gotta figger out how to "archive" my "favorites".

Other than my WELL blowin' its pressure tank and the associated changes in plumbing for new 220 gal bladder tank, and my sheep pasture goin' dry, its been "expensively routine" week..... .....Dell

There's a big sheep herding dog competition in my neighborhood next weekend. Maybe he's on his way down to compete. It's being held at Soldier Hollow where the Olympic biathlon and cross country skiing events were held in 2002.

I heard a rumor that he was busy taking a summer class at the local community college ... Mind Reading 101.
