The the new head gasket is on. but now the rest of the projects.....
will all the water in the oil system drain out with the old oil?
does the oil pan need to be flushed,if so what is the flushing agent?! I did remove and clean and repaint the oil canister and installed a new oil filter.
thanks Redd

Most of that water is setting at the very bottom of your oil pan ( heavier than oil ) , change it , I see no need for a " flush " , Get the old N up to operating temp a few times , retighten head bolts and stud nuts, change the oil again if it makes you feel better . Check dipstick for bubbles when you pull it out after running .
