Having rebuilt the pump on my 9N recently, my experience... The rebuild kits will cover everything but the chambers (kits are 260-300,+ 30-35 for a control valve, depends on where you go). You'll need all those parts anyways. You can buy pistons, cam block, gaskets seperately, but since you're tearing the whole thing down anyway, rebuild all unless you're tapped. The chambers...I don't know if those are available new somewhere, or what they would cost. They won't be cheap though. The other thing is check the pump body very carefully. If the chambers are totally busted, the body may be damaged beyond use (cracked, etc.) In which case, you can buy a rebuilt pump for $700. Or, get all used parts and kit and rebuild it yourself. I saw some used pumps on E-Bay recently that, if cheap enough and if they still have good castings, would be worth rebuilding and save $. If you go used and rebuild, total up your actual costs and see how much from $700 you are saving, see what your time's worth. If you buy a rebuild, it's straight R&R (easy, no disassembling, cleaning, etc.). I wish I could tell you more on the chambers, but my body and chambers were OK, I just got the kit and valve and rebuilt mine for about 3-325. Hope this helps! Good luck.
