Does anyone know if there is a specific gas shut off valve that is used on the '52 8N? Mine is leaking like crazy and needs replacing. Is there a specific "train" that goes from the tank on out. Like certain size lines, filter etc. My setup is kind of funny looking like it was a bit jury-rigged. I don't know the exact set up, but would like to stop the leak by replacing what ever needs replacing.
Thanks again in advance folks.
....Randy

Some have been tempted to use a hose for the fuel line - DON'T. Use the good fireproof 1/4 inch steel line your ecellent parts dealer will recommend. This line should be double flared at each end.

Randy : Your Ford - New Holland dealer has the fuel shut-off valve with the built-in reserve and sediment bowl assembly. While you're there, the parts man can print you the page from the parts catalog that shows everything you need. (Pick up the FO-4 service manual and the master parts catalog...you're gonna need 'em eventually anyway.)
