As it is only 2 bolts and 2 spring loaded rods, no. But what is "broken" that you need to fix it? Can it be repaired?

MAYBE IDONT HAVE THE RIGHT NAME FOR THE PART . THIS PART CONTROLS THE THOTTLE . I CANT CONTROL IT . THE MOTOR EITHER RUNS ON IDLE OR RUNS AWAY. i took off the cap and pieces fell out .it is located on the motor under neath the generator on the right hand side o

Albert..... ...as a general rule, if'n ya takes sumptin apart and pieces fall out, its probably broken. And while governor rebuild is somewhat strange, it's not rocket science. $100 for parts and $27 for your very own personal copy of the I&T FO-4 repair manual with governor rebuild instructions....or....$250 for a rebuilt governor.
