I don't have a clue how heavy a set of precast concrete steps is. My ? - Will my 2N lift and hold them for four miles? Thanks

I would suggest using a boom to place them on a small trailer and then hauling them (and the boom pole) to the site. Much safer that way. Since top speed is roughly 9.5 mph, you're looking at a half hour each way...twice. Be smart and put them on a trailer or tow dolly.

If your Hydraulic lift is good and they don't weight much over 750 lbs each? Mark H.
