You know its been unseasonably warm here in Al.this fall. I still sit out on the porch each morning in my PJS and watch the leaves fall and drink my coffee.I usually do this again is the evening about dusky dark.I don't think we have even had a frost yet.If we have it was light. It gets up to about 70F at day and maybe 45 to 50 at night.I was just wondering what kind of weather do some of you have at this time...R.M. November in Western Michigan is always a roller coaster ride. Today it's 48 deg and drizzling. In the past 5 days it has dropped to 25 deg overnight but the days have been mostly clear. This is the time when you don't really know what to wear and you end up making the wrong choice and either sweat your butt off or freeze it. I think the term "layering" was invented here.

Opening day of deer season this Saturday and it doesn't look like snow yet but it is Michigan and it could turn tomorrow.

Weather here in the snow belt of N.E.Ohio was real warm last week. 75 degrees and medium winds. Guy in the next town put an ad in the local sellers paper 'cause he got so many trade-ins. Went over there and he had 5 9N's 4 8N's and my new beauty,- a 2N w/Sherman trans. All well under 2 grand. I've been looking, and most around here are about 25 hundred. Got mine with a new 5' brush hog, and a new 7' blade for 2669, tax and all. It's in real good shape with the best hyd. of any of these I've run (admittedly my Dad had 2-9N and a 8N, brother in law has a 8N, so not too many of them). Last night it was 15 degrees, today it's 65 and raining cats and dogs. There's a saying here- If you don't like the weather, stick around 5 minute's it'll change. Gave up long ago on the "weather forcasters" on T.V. A jar of bearfat is more accurate!

Our temps.( near Kansas City Mo.) keep bouncing around like a rubber ball. In last week the over night lows have been in the upper 20's and one day last week I think it was 47 and drizzling for the high of the day, when St. Louis had around 78º. Last night it was 56º. Today's high is suppose to be around 67º

It's hard to tell what tomorrow might bring.

Enjoy the warm weather

79 & clear here in CenTX today. 80 expected tomorrow. Lows currently in the mid/upper 60s, though were in the 40s a few days ago. This is a little warm, even for us. Guess I don't mind too much though. Still, we always seem to hope for a little cooler weather than we get. Good to have a few nights below freezing to keep the bug count down in the Spring.

It has been 8 degs out so far and a 1/2 inch of snow. Tonight they are talking of 18 inches at the 4500' level and I live at the 2,800 and the level is supposed to drop in the morning. It could snow and be here till April this time of the year! Mark H.
