The water in my ratiator is black. When I flushed it there was a portion that was anti freeze green then black again. When flushing while tractor was running it stopped cannot restart. Someone suggested using "Block Leak" but if it will not start how can I use the block leak?

Sounds like you got the Distributer wet. Dry it out or check and see if it is wet under the cap first. How long has it been since the engine was flushed? Flush it out good first then see if you have bubbles in the radiator or water in the oil. Do a compression check then proceed to take care of the problem. Mark H.
