Finally, after 2 weeks the problem of my 8N dying out with a load on it has been solved. After everything I did and replaced on the tractor as I worked through the elimination process, I'm sure I must have the cleanest, most well tuned 8N in the Pacific Northwest. Turned out I needed another set of eyes looking at it. I did not see the small crimp on the Venturi in the Carburetor. More experience and a new set of glasses may help in future problems. Thanks to all who helped and happy holidays. S

i know what it is like when working on those tractor you just get so mad at it. that is when you over look something.
