Hi fellas, I got a quick question. I have heard of folks having a hydraulically adjusting top link on there tractors. Is this possible on my 52 8N. Has anyone ever added a hydraulic controlled top link on their 8N before. If it is possible, would it be very expensive to do?
Thanks in advance guy's, I here the wife calling so its back to work for me.
....Randy

On an 8n there is not a renote hydraulic cylinder control valve and no way to add one so there would be no way to control the hydraulic top link. You need a jublee or newer tractor with a remote cylinder control. The place they are used the most is with a box bade. The top link doesn't need to be adjusted much for other equipment.

Jiffyhitch makes one that is self-contained;
just reach back and pumpit up or down.
I don't know what they cost, but it looks like it would work real nice on my 2N.
