DOES ANY ON OUT THER HAVE THE TIMING SPECS FOR A 226 6CYL FORD ENGINE IM JUST ABOUT FINISHED WITH MY PROJECT AND NEED TO RETIME IT WITH A LITTLE HELP THANKS GUYS YOUVE BEEN A GREAT HELP..... ..

I assume this is 46-51 flat head 6. This info from Motor's manual.46 and 47 No timing marks.
48-51 Timing mark is a groove in pully.
For dist 7HA 12127 @1500 dist RPM 8 1/2 to 9 3/4
degrees advance. Dist. run at 1/2 engine RPM.
All years, spark advanced or retarded by adjusting vacuum brake set screw on dist. housing.

If you are talking about F " 223" 6- cylinder O.H.V. engines this may help. I have been advised before how to post two picturres , but don't seem to be able to catch on so have to post twice.
