number 2 plug won't fire

This problem really has me stumped. I have new wires,plugs,coil,dist,points,condenser,rotor and over 100 pounds of compression per cylinder. All three other cylinders fire just find.
I have double checked the wires and plugs and all are ok. But no spark to the number two cylinder. Has any one ran into a similar issue.

Only thing that you didn't mention changing that could account for the symptoms you describe is the distributor cap. I have seen a carbon track in a black distributor cap do what you report and look fine at first glance. Either a carbon track or a crack too small to see could cause this. You have thrown all the other parts at it so might as well go one more.
