I was just out doing some mowing and started lurching. I thought it was out of gas, but then I checked and it had 1/2 a tank. Now I can't get it to fire. What gives?

Help please!

It takes air, fuel, compression and spark to run the engine. What are you not getting???? Dave OH

First I would take the fuel line off the carb to make sure gas is getting to the carb. If there is no gas coming out the screen in the sight bulb is probably blocked. If there is gas coming out, I would take the drain plug out of the bottom carb to make sure there is fuel in the carb. If there is no fuel coming out, either the screen in the elbow is blocked or the float needle is stuck closed. This is what happened on my NAA. Also make sure the float is adjust right. Hope this helps.

Cheers
Rob
