Hi All

I was reading my NAA manual the other day and in the section about what position your hydraulics should be in when using a certain implement I saw they recommend using draft control when brush hogging and not position control like I was taught. Has anyone tried this?? Does it work and what are the benefits of doing it this way??

Cheers
Rob

Rob..... ...you might want to re-read yer NAA manual. Draft control "varries" the depth (inverse of height) of the plow depending upon the "drag/draft" of the plow after you bury the plowshare in the soil. I don't think you want yer mower to be constantly moving up and down as you mow heavyer then thinner stands of grass. That is what position control is supposed to control. Constant height..... ..Dell
