Did you make it to the Latimore Valley tractor show? I got there a little on the late side, but most of the tractors were still on display. There were not too many Fords to be seen. A man from Dillsburg sold a '39 9N for $1600.00 - looked quite nice for the price. There was a nice Jubilee which still had the original tool box on the left running board. Most of the others were working tractors.

Unfortunately, I didn't make the Latimore event.

I've been making dovetailed drawer boxes and drawer fronts for a kitchen project in Florida.
I had to take advantage of the beautiful weather for spraying the final finish. My grandaughter spent a few days last week visiting from Colorado.
So, I had to delay working on the kitchen project for a few days. Since it is illegal for me to operate my woodshop, in Florida, to re-face kitchens, I have to do the work here and take it to Florida where I can install the finished project.

I hope the show at Latimore went well. The last time I was there, I sorta got the feeling I wasn't very welcome because I helped some young fellas win the lawnmower tractor pull.

John, Aug 18-21. It is actually in Kinzers- about 10 miles east of Lancaster on rt. 30. Mostly hit or miss and steam, but there will be some tractors there too. (a big show) Lugnut
