First, block down the clutch.
You might take something to pry with against the rear wheel and rock the tractor as hard as you can. If it won't rock loose than leave it overnight or for a day or two...all with the clutch block down.
Won't hurt to step out the door and cuss at it every once in awhile, too.
They say those plates get sticky when the tranny leaks on em. You have fluid leaking out that weep hole? The one with the cotter key? Just curious.

When mine stuck, after trying everything short of breaking it in half, I drilled a hole in the bellhousing area about where I thought the clutch disk would be. I already had the clutch pedal tied down. I just barely touched the clutch disk with a screwdriver and it popped free from the flywheel. My 8N is a working tractor so I don't mind the hole, but it could be easily plugged.
