I think that some front weel weights might help with stability. What are the sources? How much wieght? I usually have a Ford 201J Disk or a JD 247 planter on the 8N, or a 5 foot BrushHog.

There's several different types of front weights for both diameter wheels. I have both flat and conical for the 8N/Massey and flats for the 2n. I've seen the two piece ones at local auction and on eBay but, how many front weights is too many?
Check your LOCAL salvage yard 'cause the cost of shipping is more than the weights are worth.

The front wheel weights I'm aware of come in two half-circle segments. They fit inside the 16" wheels. I don't know if there are weights for the 19" wheels. The segments weigh about 45 lbs each. Two segments per wheel plus the nuts and bolts to attach them results in about 100 lbs of weight per wheel. Because the weights are in two pieces, they can be installed and removed without removing the wheel from the tractor. However, once they are installed, you must remove them before the wheel can be removed. I have a set on my 850 and they seem to help a little. I can't say I've noticed a ton of difference in front end stability when there's a heavy load on the back, but I figure 200 lbs of extra weight up front is better than no extra weight up front. You could also fill your front tires with fluid for weight or hang some weight on the front bumper.
