My old blue 8N(what was the painter thinking?)has an induction ammeter and always reads negative charge yet the battery has remained charged and working great for 5 years so I know it's charging. How do you reverse the polarity with this type of meter?

Roscoe..... ...just re-thread the current wire thru the loop from the other direction. Neat thing about those induction loop ampmeters, it ain't been hurt by reading current from the other direction. Just be thankful your loop ammeter is still working..... ...Dell

Easy enough. Thanks Dell! I hoped you'd answer as the self-appointed-loop-ammeter king. Now if I could just get the energy to do something about that blue paint.
