I got that 1-ton AC/Delco engine stand new two-years ago at O'Riely autoparts for $40. The 1-ton chain hoist is a $70 Larkin from Tractor Supply. The overhead angle part is a bracket that held a trencher on the back of my 8N. The riser bracket (straight piece of 2"x2-1/2"x1/4" angle-iron) to attach the ovehead (heavier iron than the straight piece) to the engine stand is part of the frame of that old 4-row planter out in the pasture more than 40-years now.
I got it so it so the overhead tilts front and back and two nuts takes the entire overhead and bracket off the engine stand. I can take it anywhere to set it up under any shadetree or shop area. No more manhandling the lift cover or hood. Pulling an engine, moving it around, or mounting it on the engine stand is a breeze.

I have an engine stand that I made about 20 years ago from an old Rambler rear axle. I welded up the differential gears so it would turn and then cut off one axle housing and mounted it upside down with the other axle bolted to the engine adapter. I made a handle to turn the pinion shaft and you can roll the engine over and over while on the stand easy.

I'll try to get a picture of it if anybody is interested in seeing it.

It's nice to have a chain hoist handy.
