What is this part? I inherited my 1953 Jubilee from my uncle. Although I had driven tractors, never really repaired them before. I have helped my Aunt clean out barns, etc. for the Estate Auction and sale of farm. We came across several parts that we have been unable to identify. This part was painted Ford red, the other two Fords he had were of the “blue” vintage. The link for the picture is:

Here is a picture of one in use. This link is to the site of a company that makes reproductions of this part.

That was attached to the front axle through one of the unused holes to help act as a guide while cultivating with the rear mounted 3 point cultivator. I still have the one we never used.

Hi John-
We met at your show in Monroe this past spring. I joined your club-we talked about my '48 8N and your tractors too. Anyway, I am looking for an original ROW MARKER for my Dearborn Cultivator. If you are willing to negotiate a trade or sale shoot me an email. Be advised that the originals were meant to only go thru one axle. You had to spread your wheels to use the cultivator and the marker went thru the one axle. Ihave made several that go thru both but I want an original. Call me please.

Thank you for the information. I'm going home tonight and hook it to the front axle to see what it looks like. I'll take a picture and post. This board is great, I had an answer to the questions thats puzzled me for months in 18 minutes. Thanks agian.
