The Killian Farm Antique Engine & Tractor Show is being held October 15, 16 & 17th in Denver NC. 15 miles off I-77 at Mooresville (home of Dale Earnhardt). All the race car drivers have their shops there. I have nothing to do with the show. I just enjoy attending, especially since it is only 4 miles down the road from me. Maybe if'n someone here is a member of the Stumptown Tractor Club, they can give more details.

They always have different attractions besides the tractors and hit and miss engines. Lots of those. All kinds of food stands. Arts and crafts. many uses of how to's from the olden days, such as last year's Saw demo and barrel making, Pea thrashing, seed cleaning, corn shelling, corn grinding, tool sharpening. Something for everyone. Tractor part tents are there also.

Last year they had the official Iraqi Air Force Bomber(plane), Specially designed by Rube Goldberg.

They have clogging and other events geared to the children's interest.

I hope that I can meet a few of you there. Wear your tractor badge on your hat. I'll have mine.
Hope to see you there. Paul Davidson
