The 8N I just purchased will randomly sputter while I'm driving it...on average once a minute or so. Is there a simple reason for this. Does it just need new plugs? If so what are the best plugs to use?

8N John..... .....unfortunately, you don't give enuff information to more accurately diagnose yer splutter, it could be ignition, could be carburation. Maybe just a tune-up? Quen Sabie?

While the OEM sparkie was the cooler Champion H-10, the hotter sparkies are a better match with todays no-lead gasoline. Such as H-12's or AutoLites AL-437's are popular..... ...Dell
