Russ, I followed your "step by step" instructions on how to post a picture. I got as far as "Parts and pieces" but couldn't get it to the forum. The title is "Day Tank".

H&E
I like that idea!
Russ
On MY "puter:
1. Admire your pic in Parts & Pieces
2. Check your computer"s address bar. Move cursor to it and right click.
(If you don"t have an address bar [should be a space that says "http://www.ytmag.com...etc,"] click on "View" and check the drop down menu for "toolbars." Move cursor to "toolbars" and it should open a menu to the right with one of the items being "address bar." If there is NOT a checkmark by it, left click on it.)
3. Left click on "copy."
4. Come back to forum, type message.
5. Scroll down til you see the boxes "Optional Link URL" "Link Title" and "Optional Image URL."
6. Move cursor to "Optional IMAGE URL" box, right click, then left click on "Paste."
7. Give it a title in the "Link Title" box
8. Submit
Are you running Internet Explorer in Windows?

Ham, I went and found your pic, then I right clicked on it, highlighted "Location" then copied it. I came over here, went down to "Optional Image URL" and pasted it. If I didn't screw up, yer pic will be here. Ron

Ron,
You got, I didn"t. When I right click on a pic in P&P, I don"t get an option "Location." Sounds easier than mine: what"cha runnin?

I was running IE when I posted above. I just opened it with Mozilla and clicked on "Copy Location. Let's see.

Ron,
Not your explanation: My directions. When I opened "Properties" and copied the image URL from there, it works. Copying the address bar URL just gives me the infamous red x in a square. Had Mozilla and my computer was doing all sorts of strange things. I"m NOT saying it was Mozilla doing it. Had it F disked (wiped clean) and reloaded without Mozilla and it"s been fine since. Just don"t know.
