Robert,your 8n engine is 119.7 cubic inches with max draw bar hp 2nd gear 23.16 and also it is a 4 cylinder L head. hope this helps...

Exactly 1/2 of Ford flathead 239 V8 as earlier posts said. Same bore and stroke as well as many other parts. Slower speed, industrial engine so 23-27 HP much less than 1/2 of 110 HP for automotive V8. But some high performance V8 techniques will work if you can still find parts and/or know how to do it.

I believe it's a 4 cilinder. Around 29 horsepower. These engines are mighty rugged.
