Can anyone tell me what model Ford tractor these fenders are off of? I'm wanting to list them on ebay. Also would they fit any other models? A rough idea on value would help too. Thanks!!!

I'm not 100% sure, but they look to me to be from a Ford 6000. What leads me to believe this is the extensions bolted to the bottom and the looks of the rear bracing. Plus they are blue like the 1000 series tractors. The only thing that doesn't jive is that the 6000 fenders I've seen have a handle mounted at the top and end, some a "U" shape and some a cast shell-like shape. Again, not 100% sure, but I think the 6000 fenders had a slightly deeper concave shape and are a little taller overall than the 100 series tractors.

If they are 6000 fenders, I would be interested in them, plus I'm in your neighborhood. Just send me an email.

They seem to be popular....so, knowing that, I just listed 'em on ebay.....item # 3868677808

I want to thank everyone here for their help...and, if the winning bidder on the auction mentions that they were one of the guys who posted here(and can prove it) I'll knock some money off the final price. How much depends on how much they go for. So, with that in mind...bid like the wind, Bullseye! :)

Here's a shot of the tops that shows the wear around the one bolt hole. This is the only damage on the fenders that I can see other than a few scratches in the paint.

They're worth about 5 bucks apiece - not really worth the trouble. If you tell where you're at I'll come take them off your hands..:)

They look to be the larger deep shell fenders that are found on the 600 and 800 seires tractor but it also looks like they have some fender extentions on them for some extra clearance for maybe a loader, larger tires, or something else. The 600 and 800 fenders go for a good price if in good shape. $300.00 to $400.00 for a pair or higher. Hope this helps. Dave.

Looks like an 8N fender on some other tractors mounting brackets.

Is it just me or does the fender on the left have a lot of extra bolts in it compared to the one on the right?

They're both the same as far as number of bolts go, except the one one your right has some extra bracket attached to the top left of it. They'd been sitting inside before I took the pic and on the one I tried to clean the dust off with a handfull of snow(big mistake- it just smeared) and after I wiped most of the smears off the dirt showed up more around the bolts. I have additional pics of the backside with the supporting brackets, as well as a pic of the tops that shows some wear around a bolt hole on one that I assume a turn signal light was originally on. As for being the "deep shell" fenders, there is a "lip" that goes out over where the tire would be about four inches. Is that what a "deep shell" is?

These were on a ranch we bought from a retired uncle. I vaguely remember as a kid that he had a Ford tractor- it was bigger than the 9n type tractors....might have had a round emblem at the top of the grille shell, can't really remember.

Thanks yet again!

The rest of the tractor was sold on a farm sale my uncle had while I was away at college. These fenders were sitting in a shed when we bought the place. I assume he took 'em off not long after he acquired the tractor.

For what it's worth, since we're on a Ford forum, there's also a front axle including hubs with the rim portion of the wheel cut off, and front timing cover section off of a Fordson tractor. I also have a few other misc. peices of an early Fordson including a rusty set of rear fenders. Any ideas on value for these?

Would like to know how much you would like for them I am restoring a 1954-1957 Ford 600 and those are the same fenders that are on it. The ones I have are in really rough shape. Please let me know. By the way I don't know where that guy is getting his prices but, I do know for a new fender it is only $115 each. I just called yesterday.

I appreciate your interest. I'm going to wait and get a few more price quotes if I can before I settle on a price. I would think the price you were quoted was for the bare fender without the braces and mounting bracket. But then again you probably don't need those items. One last thing, I see you're in North Carolina and I'm in Nebraska. I have no idea how I'd ship these...although I assume where there's a will there's a way. By the way, along with these fenders there's also a step that appears to be off the same tractor. Its just a simple peice of diamond plate sheet metal welded to an "L" shaped bracket, but it's got the same Ford blue and appears to have no wear at all. If I got a good price for the fenders I'd throw the step in for no extra charge.

I'll consider that. I do think though I'll put 'em on ebay with $255 or so as a reserve and if they don't sell you can consider 'em yours. If one guy thinks they're worth 3 or 4 hundred dollars, there's bound to be more.
