Does having mis matched tires on the rear of th 8N cause any problems. Same sizes, different profile, different wear, and one being about an inch or so higher...does this difference in height bother anything?

I am thinking that when these N's were used to plow all day that they didn't sit level anyhow, so that this is probably not a big deal...but I have been wrong before...at least that is what the wife tells me.

My one has good rubber, just not matched in the rear.

Minor difference probably no big deal unless you do a lot of highway driving. It forces the differential to work a little harder. On soft ground and the normal-usual type of activity there is going to be some wheel slippage and the differential works, hence its name. I've seen and purchased numerous tractors with unmatched tires by brand, by tread, and by indicated size, by wear size, and on different width rims.
Now if there were a really large difference, then you affect the pulling traction characteristics and it can be difficult to do some heavier work. If you can stand the lack of balance asthetics, why pay for new tires/rims?

Can be a little hard on the rear end since one goes farther on one turn of the wheel then the other. but thats abaout it.
