I have been working on a 9-2 N . It had a large amount of oil in the antifreeze. It also had low compression in #2 , thinking these might be related, today I pulled the head. I did not see anything wrong with the gasket or the head . What should I look for? thanks Joe

I think (I know) I would try some good block sealant before I gave up on it.

Maybe "Liquid Glass" Other block seals on the market. I have a 1950 TO 20 Ferguson with a badly cracked block that I have been running for 40 something years with block sealant.

i had the same(looked like gray pudding)
found a boroscope and located a crack in the block from a water jacket to an oil galley, couldn't fix it just replaced the engine,$1200.

I got the head back on ,but not the hood/gas tank . When the head was off I poked down into the water jacket of the block ,what a mess of dirty sluge. I think this is my oil supply( in coolant) . It looks like the (person) that rebuilt the engine ,did not clean the block out. I will post how it runs later . Thanks Joe
