I have someone asking about using an 8N to move 800 pound round bales. I assume this is with one of the 3 point spears. I"ve never done it myself but thought I"d ask the experts!

Hydraulics are good and strong with everything else I do...

Thanks

Dan..... ..while the N's hydraulics (in good shape) can lift about 1200# (iff'n ya chain the front-axle to the ground) before the hydraulic pressure relief valve blows-off, the short wheelbase causes the frontwheels to start flappin' innna the breeze at about 750# on the rear lift. N's just are NOT roundbale spearchunkers.

Howsomevers, they make a single axle "doodle-bug" stinger trailer that will pick-up 2500# roundbales that your N-Tractor can eazily tow..... ...Dell

You might be able to move one or two in an emergency, but the N is generally speaking too small to muscle round bales.
