Get you some cheap $.99 small screwdrivers from Walmart and grind the tip and sides down until they fit perfectly into the jet slot. You can use the idle jet as a test as it is real easy to see and get to. The pic rurlndum posted below is an EXCELLENT pictorial of what you are trying to acjieve.

I agree Dan,

Who wants to pay $10 for one of those fancy gunslinger screwdrivers.

Rusty..... ...I could say "what part of HOLLOW-GROUND" don't you understand?

Most common screwdriver blades are tapper or wedge shaped. LOOK and pay attention.

I got one of my carb screwdrivers from "Snapp-On"; 'nuther from local mega-hardware store; 'nuther from would you believe? "Tacoma Screw". Look and pay attention, they are precision and expensive but you don't need a whole set.

As I said, hollow-ground gun-smithing screws won't hogg-out yer brass jets slots and make ya haff all sortta removal problems of drill and tappin corroded-inn jets..... .....Dell

Maybe this image can help the concept of a hollow ground screwdriver blade. Neat tools!
