Well, I made an offer on the truck, now to wait and see if they like it or not. In the meantime, I cannot find out the horsepower and torque for the engine. A 1991 Ford Super duty with a 460 fuel injected engine. Anybody know? Or a site that would tell me?

1989 F250/350 7.5 (460) EFI 245 bhp @ 4000 rpm 400 lb-ft @ 2200 rpm. I have old sales brochure at home if it would help. Philip.

Thanks, I would not imagine there would be that much difference between an 89 and a 91. Like the torque, it should pull just about anything I might like to hook behind it. has an automatic with overdrive but I am sure the gas mileage will be abysmal. But I don't plan on taking trips with it, just work it now and then.

Back when I had a 93 GT Mustang, I got involved in finding out ways to make it go faster. One car that I looked at had stuffed a 460 in it. It supposedly had over 500 hp, maybe 600 with NO. Would almost stand that car straight up at the drags.
